Today 05.03.22, GNF
organised a Tree Plantation awareness programme in Thuraiyur. Mr. N. Murali,
Vice Chairman of Thuraiyur Municipality, gave a welcome note and initiated the
campaign. Dr. Naveen
Krishnan, the President of GNF, distributed free
saplings to the public and gave a talk about environmental conservation. Mrs.
E. Selvarani, Chairperson of Thuraiyur Municipality, and Dr. S. Bhuvaneshwari,
Ward Councillor, also participated in the event.
