Today (02.08.22), KVK Sirugamani organized collabarative training Programme with Aavin on fodder cultivation and green fodder scheme for Perambalur & Ariyalur District Farmers. Dr.N.Tamizhselvan the Project Coordinator of KVKSirugamani gave the welcome speech.GNF President Dr. Naveen Krishnan was invited as a special guest to this event, gave a speech on cattle management and shared his experiences with the farmer community. Dr.Jeyalalitha , AP & Head spoke about the importance of fodder cultivation in farming. Dr.V.Alex Albert , SMS (SS & T) addressed about improved fodder production and Dr.S.Nithila, AP (CRP) gave information about Azolla cultivation to the farmers during this training program. More than 44 farmers from Perambalur and Ariyalur attended this Program . Pamphlets about fodder cultivation techniques & CO4 , CO 5 fodder cultivation, Azolla were distributed to the farmers.
