Today 20.08.22, Thuraiyur Municipality & GNF Celebrated
Mosquito Day in Thuraiyur. The programme held in the presence of Mr.N. Murali
the Vice Chairman of Thuraiyur Municipality & Head Trustee of Temple Advisory
committee in Trichy Dt & Mr.S Sureshkumar, commissioner of the Municipality.
Dr. S. Bhuvaneswari, the Coordinator of Science & Education of GNF & 15
Ward Councillor delivered the awareness speech about Mosquito control and
diseases. Dr. Naveen Krishnan the President of GNF released
awareness leaflets to the public. In this programme everyone took the oath to
prevent mosquito breeding. Mrs.E. Selvarani, the Chairman of the Municipality flagged
off the awareness rally. The rally started from Thuraiyur Municipality and
concluded at Thuraiyur Bus stand.
